Strand Maths- Volume and capacity.

 Here is Lincoln pointing to the bowl that he thinks will hold the most dinosaurs.
 Caleb is pointing to the bowl that he thinks will be Mother bears bowl.
 Here, the children are check to see which bowl will hold the most and the least.
Tawhiri is pointing to the bowl that he thinks will hold the least amount of dinosaurs.

      What an awesome looking math lesson. What did you learn to do? How many dinosaurs did fit into the container?
      You all look on task and enjoying yourselves. We are starting volume and mass next week in the senior rooms.
      We think your blog page looks really colourful. Old Ms O'Neill had a bit of trouble reading it with a dark back ground! Keep up the great work Room2.
